The levy shall be paid by every company incorporated / registered under Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 as at 31 st December 2015.

Private Company	30,000
Listed Public Company	1,500,000
Any Other Company	250,000

The levy should be paid to the Registrar of Companies on or before 31.12.2019

Following companies are not liable to pay this levy.

• An off shore company
• A company limited by Guarantee
• any company incorporated under the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007, on or after 01st January 2016

If any company has already paid this levy,it shall not be liable to pay the levy again.However if partly paid, balance amount only should be paid.
